The HMS Ultimate Plan expands on core clinic features by adding IPD (In-Patient Department) bed management. This is designed for environments that run standard overnight or short-term observation beds (up to 20 beds). It features multi-user concurrency support for nursing staff and administration, deployed on SaaS cloud or on-premise local servers.

Supports up to 10 active user logins for doctors, front-desk receptionists, and ward nurses.
Electronic Medical Records
Autocomplete diagnosis fields featuring standard ICD-10/ICD-11 classifications.
Deployment Versatility
Choose between rapid cloud deployment or an on-premise local server configuration.
WhatsApp Tokens & Follow-ups
Automate appointment confirmations, token numbers, and next follow-up date reminders sent directly to patient phones.
Limitations
Module Limitations & Exclusions
The Ultimate Plan focuses purely on patient admissions, billing and consultation workflows. The pharmacy stock management and LIS laboratory results modules are excluded. For direct in-house diagnostic reports and stock syncing, please review our higher tiers.
No Laboratory Module
Does not include LIS catalog management, barcode printing, parameter tracking, or lab device interfaces.
No Pharmacy Module
Does not support pharmaceutical inventory tracking, stock adjustments, batch tracking, or pharmacy checkout queues.
